If I purchase anything that is a bit expensive, I normally get a 2 year Geek Squad warranty. It has paid for itself over and over again. From 65" TVs to small wearable technology.

The fact that I can bring another computer for a free check up was reason enough to say yes! I have a couple of laptops because of my work lifestyle so this was a total hook-up for me.

If I’m being honest I did not use it but it came in free with my computer and that is good Incase something happened.

Some types of electronics break down more than others. External powered subwoofers, for example. For stuff like that, I definitely recommend this.

MY TV WENT OUT THEY COULD NOT FIX IT SO THEY GAVE ME THE PURCHASE PRICE BACK IN A GIFT CARD SO I COULD GET ANOTHER BRAND NEW TV SWEET !!!

I strongly suggest the the 2 year replacement warranty on any new computer or tablet. It pays for itself if something should go wrong.

SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
