I like this protection as well as geek squad, if they cant fix they replace it

I bought for the Camera and I recommend for any electronic product. Better than insurance as you get a technical backup all the time you purchased the plan for.

If you are going to use your appliance a lot, it is worth the extra money to spend to get the Product replacement protection.

It is good a good deal on getting the geek squad product replacement because if your like me who uses their stuff that they own heavily it is a good insurance to have.

I've been using this for a few weeks and I love it. Easy to change the settings via the program, comfortable, and works great for the games I'm currently playing.

The keyboard has been working fine for my high school student until now. It made it from September to May of a school year and now 2 of the keys don't produce the letters. I am glad that we got geek squad protection because I plan to take it in for an exchange. I would recommend the product only if you keep up with the warranty coverage and can replace it when needed. The case has protected the iPad and it is great that the case holds the pen. My student lost one pen with a different case that didn't have a holder; expensive loss so we purchased this case to keep up with the pen. It is nice that the keyboard and the iPad can detach and the overall design is good. At the time there were very few cases available. Perhaps investigating other options?

This was actually a really good deal. It was 5 buck and it covers my headset if anything happens to it Couldn't pass it up and I usually don't buy the extended warranty.

Have not needed this service yet, but used it in the past and Geek Squad stands by their word- they take good care of you.

I have not had to use it yet on this item but they came threw when I used on my printer so it’s worth the investment for me

Best Buy and Geek Squad always do a great job of taking care of their customers. It is worth the price to know that if something happens to your product, Best Buy will be there.

Bestbuy warranty plans are a no brainer. You are buying something and foregoing the warranty then please seek help!

We are so happy with the assistance we have received in-store from Geek Squad as well as sales associates and cashiers. When we need help it is so nice to have some close by.

Had problems with the Logitech iPad Air 2 keyboard on two occasions. Easy replacement of the same item with Geek Squad replacement warranty. Would definitely recommend.

They will definently fix anything up thst you need. I had a pare of headphone that got messed up and Geeksquad was there to help

I bought this for a headset that generally breaks every year or so. It's great for that type of stuff. I wouldnt buy it otherwise.

I have been buying these product replacement plans for years. The way electronics are these days I believe its just something you have to factor in to the price.

I can't tell you many times the program has helped out. Recently my sons watch broke and we were able to replace it so easily. I shop at BB because of the program.

Geek Squad protection plan is wonderful to have in case something happens with my product.
