Glad I bought the Geek Squad plan, as we had some issues and they sent a tec to the home. He was most helpful. Have four out of 5, because I even needed to call. However, it was great to have support!

I have not had to use my geek sqaud protection on any recent items i've purchased, but in the past the geek sqaud has been very helpful & knowledgeable.
