I always always get the protection plan, often times it pays for itself within no time at all. The replacement process is so so so easy. I didn't believe how easy the first time I had to use it.

The best tv I have ever bought. We mounted it on the wall. Very clear picture. Purchased a sound bar as well. Sound is magical. Easy set up. Easy to use controls. TV is perfect.

I always get the product replacement for any items I buy. Best Buy will always honor it. Even if I feel I don't need it, I get it anyway. It is a very reasonable price and sometimes well needed. Good to invest in when you buy something.

This is by far one of my best purchases. Just absolutely love my purchase. It has vivid colors and so many streaming stations. I'm looking for a similar product in a much bigger size.

Good KB, easy to use macros. Software looks for current games and sets up (some) color schemes. Currently playing Battlefield 1. when im in Gas, KB turns green, in fire, turns Red. Only the usable keys are lit while playing. Great KB response.

So glad to be protected by this plan. They don't give you a hard time if you need anything fixed.

Definitely worth having just in case anything happens I’ve had to use geek squad and yes they are worth it.

The purchase of the Geek Squad Protection is something I always do with any electronics I buy from Best Buy. If I need help or there is a problem with my electronics, I know they are there.

I get the replacement warranties for everything for my kids. My son has worn out many things before the end of the warranty. We take it in n they swap it out, very simple and they never give us a hard time. Definitely worth buying the warrenties.

It is well worth the money to have a professional team a phone call away when I am having problems with my computer. From past experience I well pleased with my service I have received.

They do exactly what they say they will do. But when they say replace, they really mean give you the money back, because when the stuff breaks down, they usually don't have the same product to replace it. So the geek squad is really a rental cost

I now purchase all my appliances and computers and accessories at Best Buy. The Geek Squad had to practically rebuild my laptop - no cost- and made a visit to the house to work on the refrigerator post hurricane. So easy to work with them

I bought this when I bought an expensive product. The product went out of manufacturers warranty, geek squad just asked a few questions then told me to go get a new one and they swapped it out for me. No hassles defiantly worth the money!!!

My Canon Pixma MX922 had the print head malfunction and I couldn't make it work properly by just cleaning it. Brought it back to my local Best Buy and they just gave me a new one. And of course I got another Geek Squad Policy on the new one

Always get the warranty, reasonable priced and if its not worth fixing you will get a replacement..

Always worth the extra money upfront. You never know when something is going to go wrong. Best Buy makes it easy to just swap your item out or get a store credit towards a replacement.
