    Had a problem sometime ago with a tv I bought the geek squad were there to diagnose and fix the problem within two days and it was in the middle of snowstorm

    I have used this phone for a little more than one month and it is already faulty: it changes back the time when I set it and confirm it within minutes, and I have to guess when somebody called me. Also the sound is deteriorating and noises alter the sound of the callers. I would like to exchange it for a new one, but I do not know the procedure.

    I have always purchase the extended warranty from Best Buy. From past experiences had to use it and was grateful that I did have it for the small cost. Great product
