We always purchase this protection for any product we purchase from Best Buy. For this one, we have not had to use it, but for the ones we used in the past, it is well worth the investment.

I haven't had to use my replacement plan, but I am gratified that I am protected if the need arises. Headphones should always be backed up with protection, especially expensive ones.

2 year Geek Squad protection - cheap insurance / peace of mind! Well worth the upfront cost to know it's one less thing to worry about. A very good value even if I didn't get it on sale. Recommended.

I’m sorry but the last time I used the Geek Squad was when I bought my TV, I think. They were great & patient in explaining how to use the remote & getting the varied stations & using the DVD player.

Always nice to have a warranty program for damages or repairs.

The only thing I don’t like with the Greek squad protection is that if there’s no item for the one being returned sometimes the prices are not given upgrade if the items cost more .

Always get this on majority of the items I purchased, Great buy, easy to use no hassles! Don't miss out when you can have great service and a new item if the other messes up or stop working etc.

I would not consider purchasing a product without purchasing the protection plan. I have had too many issues in the past where I got stuck paying for a repair. With the protection plan I never worry. I just make a phone call and it is covered.

I get Geek Squad Protection on all of my products. Definitely worth it since they replace or repair it instead of having to buy another one. Saves a decent amount of money.

We have purchasing these replacement plans down pretty well. After a while you know which devices will probably need them, and which won't. We've been burned before when choosing not to, but if the plan is $25 or less, not much risk in insuring your high $$ item.

Have had Geek squad service for quite a few years and well worth it costs. I have made sure that a couple of my friends that are even less knowledgeable about technology than I have purchased plans.

Purchased this as a safety measure. Our home had a lighning bolt strike nearby and we had to get a new phone. This is to be used as insurance. I sometimes am slow to realized that insuring electronics is the way to go. Highly recommended....
