The geek squad is always available to answer my questions and I am happy with their knowledge to explain me so that I can easily understand

They are awesome. They set up my tv, hooked it up to my sound equipment and took the old tv out. They also help me reset my laptop and cleaned it up. Great service, good people

All electronics can go faulty. I buy this for everything because you never know when you might need it. Last time I used this they helped me get into a working device.

The protection is more than worth the price. I had a couple of issues that I would have had to spend too much money on if not for this service.

I always get protection plans on anything electronic that allows protection. If anything happens to it under warranty guidelines, I'll make sure I'm able to get it fixed or replaced. However the warranty works.

I had a problem with my camera system and had no problem tm returning it.

I highly recommend to purchase the geeksquad product replacement plan. Prevent rebuying a item should it go bad. I highly recommend getting the replacement plan.

The 2 years replacement is a value that I have used often. In 2 years from now I want to change my product I will be able to without any problem. Best Buy is the BEST!!

Bought the plan to cover a graphing calculator that I had to ship to Afghanistan because my spouse was deployed and taking online college classes. I haven't had to use the plan but I'm still happy I got it.

Best Buy's extended warranties and replacement plans are always worth the few bucks extra, especially when they replace whatever it was that does not work anymore.

read a bunch of great reviews on this product before I purchased it, and they were all right. This thing is incredibly loud, and shakes the house with bass. Might get a second to pair with for ultimate experience

They do help if you can't understand the device you're trying to set up, this is their expertise, and very helpful.

When I purchased any items I'm asked do I want protection. Sometimes I yes sometimes I say no. But when it comes to commuter, tv, cameras I go for it. Also so easy to renew

I have not yet had to use the geek squad, but have every confidence that they will do the great job that they are known for.

This phone has all of the bells and whistles I could has for. I like the fact that I can use it with my new smart phone. I'm still learning about all of the different features and I think the price was great.
