Purchased the geek squad replacement as I had not on a TV that just had the network flake out after 14 months of use. Cheap insurance it remote or Fire stick has issues.

I visited several times with my laptop and the staff was always patient with my lack of computer skills. The advice given by them was always very helpful to me.

It’s a protection plan I recommend it to anybody to get it because you never know. It has come in clutch too!!
