I like getting the 2 year replacement because if I have a problem with my product I can't take it in store and they can try to fix it or give me a new one!

Great price for two years for my stereo system so I know if something going to happen it probably be the first two years

They replace the remote. If you have warranty. I normally don't get warranty. But I have kids so I need to replace my remote when lost thrown or broken.

It's always a good idea to purchase the geek squad protection when making applicable purchases at Best Buy. If something malfunctions they will replace.
