I typically don't buy these plans, but for "Portable" products I would recommend, especially if you feel that you got a great price on the product.

I used the warranty to replace the chromecast with the Roku.

For the price, it is a very good service. Geek Squad technicians are courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable.

I never buy anything without buying service contract and if anything happen Best Buy have no problem replacing it
