I have used this phone for a little more than one month and it is already faulty: it changes back the time when I set it and confirm it within minutes, and I have to guess when somebody called me. Also the sound is deteriorating and noises alter the sound of the callers. I would like to exchange it for a new one, but I do not know the procedure.

Great to have insurance on all of your electronics & accessories just incase anything go wrong with it.

the protect is wonderful, they will assist with attaching your TV's, breakage on you computers, ipads and etc.
