I have yet to need this service but I did purchase it for reassurance. My instore experiences have been very reassuring when it comes to assistance so I felt this was important to add to my product especially with how heavily I use it. And for the price you really cant ask for much more.

Replacement fees are very useful. Have used them with Roku sticks a couple of times with no problems. Best Buy replaces immediately with no hassle whatsoever.
