I usually thinked twice to purchase service plan but it was worth it because I was able to return and receive new headphones at the time !

not much to say, it's like insurance. you have to have it but hope you never need it because that would mean something has gone wrong

It’s a protection plan I recommend it to anybody to get it because you never know. It has come in clutch too!!

Very necessary to have especially when things always seem to occur out of no where. Only con is that they are never fully staffed when u need your things fixed.

I have used this phone for a little more than one month and it is already faulty: it changes back the time when I set it and confirm it within minutes, and I have to guess when somebody called me. Also the sound is deteriorating and noises alter the sound of the callers. I would like to exchange it for a new one, but I do not know the procedure.

I admit, I don't usually need this service, but the times I have used it, it's saved me a good amount of money. It basically balances out.

When you purchase electronics not only is the component important but the protection plan is as well

Nice to know it is here if I need it. Product it was bought for has worked great. But 2 years are not up yet, we are covered.

I like this protection too. If anything goes wrong in the first two years I am able to get a replacement without any problems.

It's always a good idea to have extra protection for your purchase. I was even told that within the coverage, if you decide to upgrade, you can. How great is that!

I always get the product replacement plan, because you never know what could go wrong with these things. Better safe than sorry!!!
