I bought on 2014 the logitech harmony 650. One and a half year later the remote died. I took it to the best buy store, and walk out with a new one. Obviously I purchased again the 2 year coverage. Now every product i purchase i buy the 2 year coverage from best buy.

When I bought the Roku stick, I bought the PRP as well. I'm glad I did because although the Roku is great, and I recommend it as well, they can be faulty. With the PRP I was able to exchange the Roku with no additional cost. I purchased a new PRP when I exchanged the Roku. A credit for the remaining balance on the original PRP was applied to the new PRP. Well worth the cost.

2 year Geek Squad Replacement - cheap insurance / peace of mind! Well worth the upfront cost to know it's one less thing to worry about. A very good value even if I didn't get it on sale. Recommended.

I have 4 roku's in my home. I got the roku 3 on blk Friday for 50.00 each an amazing deal for an amazing machine. I love Internet TV. I pick my package and don't pay for the 90 percent of unwanted channels. Their customer service is awesome at roku if u have a problem

I can talk into my device and playback which is what I needed it to do.

I have not yet needed to use the warranty, but I am sure the ease of use will work as the previous one I had.

I’m sorry but the last time I used the Geek Squad was when I bought my TV, I think. They were great & patient in explaining how to use the remote & getting the varied stations & using the DVD player.

Always get this on majority of the items I purchased, Great buy, easy to use no hassles! Don't miss out when you can have great service and a new item if the other messes up or stop working etc.

you know what at first I was like yea whatever but for some strong reason I did need this and it helped a lot! warranty def worth it
