I really appreciate that Best Buy Geek Squad put security on my new computer, added my windows 10 that i purchased and were so helpful.

Its best to buy service in case you need it. if they cant fix they will replace it. thanks best buy for providing this service.

I have not used this service yet;however, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

So far so good. Haven't had a problem with Best Buy when I try to exchange ant product that has the replacement. If this holds up the program will continue to get good reviews.

I highly recommend the 2 year protection plan. A lot can happen in two years. Better safe than sorry.

I absolutely love this protection, I haven't had any trouble using this and buy it with everything that I can, it's so worth it.

Had to use this service due to a volume issue, unfortunately the other radio I exchanged it for had the same issue. But no problem exchanging the radio.

Geek Squad protection is a must for certain items. There protection plan for my cell phone has been a great purchase for our family.
