I recommend to always get geek squad protection if available for the items you purchase. Never know when you will need your product fixed. I always by my electronics at best buy and get geek squad protection.

Great to have this extra layer of protection when purchasing anything from best buy. I love to have extra protection when original warranties run out. And the Geek Squad are trained professionals that get it done!

Protection for electrical merchandise such as a shredder is wonderful, especially if it breaks down within a 2 or 3 year period; replacements may be provided!

It’s always nice to have an extended warranty plan to make sure you are covered

I have never had reason to regret the purchase of a geeksquad warranty, these plans are great, no hassle at a great price. Geeksquad offers great advice, they are qualified and knowledgeable and gives excellent service from staff that actually cares!

This is good piece of mind. I think they now have a better way of protecting your equipment with some kind of overall coverage vs each individual piece that I wish was available when I bought this however I’m happy to have the coverage as peace of mind especially with the larger TV that I would not personally be able to get off the wall and take to the store for service.

I absolutely hate having more than one remote laying around and trying to keep track of them! Harmony has solved this issue for me and has been improving their products for years! Now you can have the app on a smart device and don't even need to have a remote laying around! This is awesome!

I love the 2 year plan. It keeps me safe in knowing that my phone and other electronics that I purchase will be protected and taken care of if I have any issues. This program allows for agents to take care of their customers.

I absolutely always purchase the product replacement now when buying products and it has been invaluable. I've always needed it and it was worthwhile price wise.

Must have GSP for any product that is expensive or in the hands of young children or traveling.

I have used there services quiet a few times they are right on point with answering your questions or resolve the problem but I kind of think there price for the service is a little high but that is life

The Geek Squad has done a wonderful job in our home! They mounted 3 TV’s and did a great job! They gave great advice on operating our TV’s! Our installer Marc was fantastic! Would highly recommend this service!

GEEK QUAD HAS ONLY BEEN USED BY THIS HOUSEHOLD ONCE OR MAYBE TWICE ON ANY PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY. THEY CAME OUT AND EPLACE SOMETHING ON A PREVIOUS TELEVSION WE PURCHASED. EXCELLENT SERVICE. NO COMPLAINT'S.
