Have used this product for a couple of years already. I haven't had the need to call in for product replacement.

This is a great service to have. It covers the cleaning of our computer, fixing our TV or whatever we need and only costs $50 for a tech to come to our home.

I received a new lap top and needed help setting it up. The Geek Squad is an awesome team of technicians. Thorough, knowledgeable and polite always.

The agents are great at the Laurel, Maryland location. They are always knowledgable, nice and efficient with my devices. Finally, they always return my product when promised.

Geek squad protection always comes in handy just in case

Normally I will not buy a replacement plan on something that cost so little but I had just experienced a replacement for a major purchase (Apple MacBook) and was probably gun shy. But Best offers the best replacement plans available and are quick with repairs or replacement. I highly recommend them for high value electronics and so in this case I like the purchase because keyboards are notoriously finicky and prone to spills and drops.

What would you do if it just stopped working? Be a Karen and throw a fit because your cheap? Well let me stop you there so you don’t look crazy and just buy the protection plan.

This is one great investment you should not turn down, especially since it only cost a few extra dollars. If I didn't have this protection then I would have wasted my money on a defective product that was past the manufacturer warranty.

They do help if you can't understand the device you're trying to set up, this is their expertise, and very helpful.

I recommend almost always getting the Geek Squad protection. They are so much easier to work with than the actual warranty through the company you are buying through.
