We always purchase the warranty service with each product purchased from Best Buy. The few times we Used it, we were satisfied and there were no issues.

I have not yet had to use the geek squad, but have every confidence that they will do the great job that they are known for.

I haven't had to use the coverage and hopefully I never will, but at this price, it made sense to me to add the extra protection and make it easier to deal with any problems, instead of having to go through the manufacturer.
