I have not used this service yet;however, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

I highly recommend the 2 year protection plan. A lot can happen in two years. Better safe than sorry.

So far so good. Haven't had a problem with Best Buy when I try to exchange ant product that has the replacement. If this holds up the program will continue to get good reviews.

I absolutely love this protection, I haven't had any trouble using this and buy it with everything that I can, it's so worth it.

the protection plan is great because I owned the previous version that was discontinued but was able to upgrade

Geek Squad protection is a must for certain items. There protection plan for my cell phone has been a great purchase for our family.

2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement is good to have in case you needed a replacement.

Had to use this service due to a volume issue, unfortunately the other radio I exchanged it for had the same issue. But no problem exchanging the radio.
