Easy access to answers any time I need help. Every person I have talked to has been pleasant and attempts to completely satisfy my needs.

Geek squad is always the way to go. It's just crazy to spend a ton of money on electronics and not buy the protection and service for it.

Best buy has always had very good replacement plans, so every time I purchase a product that can be covered under a plan. I definitely purchase the replacement plan as well.

Depending on what you are buying, sometimes it's wise to get a product replacement contract at the same time -- regardless of whether it is ever used. Just good insurance.

I never go without the Best Buy protection plans. They always take car of it if something goes wrong. The customer service is amazing.
