    I do have geek squad tech support for my computers and i love it. it is a little bother to bring the requirement in for the support but using the on line call method does not work if you have internet issues.

    Going off of past experiences, I purchased the Geek Squad option for the Graphic Calculator I bought. In the past, I bought set of head phones that went back and they replaced them. Also, we purchased a computer and they helped us with a patch that was needed.
