Had to renew this on my new watch. It definitely came in handy when my last watch crapped out on me.

I've returned so many headphones due to malfunction or simply because I didn't like the product. Costumer service is great and they were able to exchange it each time.

Havent had to use it but takes alot of pressure off of worry about busting it up seems pretty durable.

The band broke on mine, and I was able to get a full refund, which I used to upgrade to the next level fitness tracker. The process was easy and took about 5 minutes.

This allowed me to feel safe using my product without having to worry about losing or breaking it.

Worth the money. Things can always go wrong with the after the regular warranty expires. So I just spent I little money to get the extra protection.

Because I knew this fitbit would get some heavy use, I purchased the replacement policy. Bonus...the cashier took care of all the sign up right at the register.

This 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection came in handy because I needed it sooner than I thought I would need it.

Haven't used it but have in the past on other things works they get it done fast

Geek Squad is very helpful I just don't like the fact that they don't give you some information because of your best buy card status. If you need to know something and you have the best buy card they should answer your question

Luckily nothing has happened to my watch so far so I haven't needed to drop by geek squad yet, but it's nice to know I'm protected in case something happens.
