It’s sometimes good to get this for certain items for extra protection

I always, know Geek squad will know alll of my answers. It is a great practive to always have their knoweledge, and help when needed.

purchased for Christmas as gift for off work stuff it is very simple and easy to use thanks best buy purchased in case any accidents happen

Havent had to use it but loved having that peace of mind if something does every happen. My wifes grandfather had this protection plan and it helped him alot when he could fix it himself .

For $10, by printer is covered for anything that happens for 2 years. Knowing that inkjet printers have a life expectancy of 1.5-2.5 years, there is a chance I might have to use this. Hopefully not.

The techs in the store are pretty much useless, everything gets sent out, but the service is helpful for cracked screens, and other major problems

The first time I had to return some thing cause it stop working I had no problem with getting it replace that is why I get the warranty on my purchases.

The agents have answered all problem and have solved issues.

These little service plans come in handy whenever you buy expensive things you don’t have to worry about if it breaks Best Buy will take care of you

The agents tried to fix my previous printer with no luck so they arranged for a replacement that was delivered to my home.

Didn't have to use it yet as my monitor is running strong but I'm glad I don't have a deductible if I do have to use it.

We always get Geek Squad warranty for large-ticket items since we believe in having insurance in place for emergencies.

I usually don’t buy product replacement plans but decided to for an external drive. I had to use the plan and Best Buy made everything so easy!

I am not one to normally buy the protection plan, however my son goes through headsets so quickly.(wires braking, sound distorted etc). This plan covers everything, well worth the price.

The Geek Squad at my Best Best is one of the best ever assembled. They sold problems lighting fast. Never buy anything technical without adding the Geek Squad .... money well spent !!!!!

Always need for an extra piece of mind. This four year warranty is definitely needed when the unexpected happens to you"re electronics.

Greek Squad product replacement purchased with out of box HP desktop computer. So I haven’t had the need to use Geek Squad yet.
