Bought an HP printer and the Geek Squad warranty, as it was my understanding that if it couldn’t be fixed it would be replaced by a new one, and if that wasn’t manufactured anymore, one that was it’s “replacement “. Well, they gave me the money back for the printer bought less than a year ago( so, still under manufacture ‘s warranty) and didn’t return the money for the warranty itself, saying I used the warranty. True, but the printer was bought on sale and I can’t find one for that price anymore. So, all said and done, I wasted $35 and have no printer.

New printer, DEFINITELY needed protection for if. Always purchase Geek Squad.

Geek Squad Protection is one of the best protection/warranties I have purchased. Get it and you have worry free protection.

Gratefully I haven’t had to use it yet, but given the printing I do it was a reasonable insurance policy

I’ve had to use this protection on the last item I purchased it for. It was a writing tablet that started acting up & they replaced it.

I purchased this policy for protection! As cheap as it was from Best Buy, It was purchased along with my Canon printer! I feel it's better safe than sorry, for 2 years!

Luckily I never had to use this, but it was nice to have as a back up!

Prior to purchase, Best Buy did not disclose that I would need to leave my old and new laptops, with my passwords, for 1 to 2 days with no visibility to what was happening. Very disappointed. Did not use service. Moving all my data to one drive made it more complicated to set up the new drive. I previously used PC Mover. It was cheaper, easier, and I didn't have to provide my passwords to strangers for up to 2 days. Geek Squad on-line was not helpful either.

I have a printer that does not feed anymore. Can I bring it to you and see if you can fix it?

I only paid $5 extra to insure that if my HyperX Cloud Stinger headset malfunctions in the next two years, i just take it to a Best Buy and replace it. That's bang for your buck!

I bought this protection for a 6 dollar wireless mouse. I figure if the mouse needs to be replaced, I can get a new one.

Service protection is an excellent choice and would highly recommend getting it for any product purchased at this location

This is the best protection for printers. I have had not had luck with my printers. It has saved me lots of money.

I alway buy extra warranty on my tech whenever is below 25% of equipment cost. Remember if you purchase Total tech support all extended warranty has 20% disc

I read that warranties are not worth the money. I disagree and have been happy that I purchased it as have used them in the past.

Excellent service from the Geek squad. Made an appointment and came in and had no wait time. They were prompt and courteous.

They are Great people to help you with any problems you might have with the printer and others products.
