This warranty is always good to get. With the printer being expensive I figured it was a good idea.

The geek squad guys were beyond helpful! They they made sure we understood what was going on.

This printer has never once been able to print something clearly. It's always disconnecting from the internet and flashing lights. It ran out of color ink after one small color image was poorly printed.

Its a must have with every electronics purchase.. since you never know what could happen its always a good idea to have it

I am glad I had this replacement plan, my paper kept getting jammed in my print and they replaced my print.

Geek squad is awesome. When you need them to come out or take your laptop or technology for repairs, they are in their own league.

You never know what will happen to any product that you buy. Best Buy’s protection is better because you can walk in the store and directly deal with them.

I have used Geek Squad before and was satisfied. This is the first time for a printer. Hopefully we won't have to use them.

I got the two year replacement. It wasn't expensive which I'm glad I got it cause the first one I got came with a defect took it in and got a new one with no problems.

Bestbuy warranty plans are a no brainer. You are buying something and foregoing the warranty then please seek help!

I love the geek squad warranty. It’s easy to use and they will fix it or replace it.

I've had electronics failed I bought from BestBuy before and they totally were so cool about and just exchange the item right away.

I did purchase the extended warranty just in case. So far so good on the printer. Wireless is the way to go and it stays connected so I print right off my Apple products

Been very lucky that not many of my stuff needs to be replaced but recently took a ruko that broke in the first week was given a new one no questioned asked

Had a tv mounted and they hid the cords in the wall.

I don't normally buy warranties, but I got the 2 year plan with my printer. Printers are notorious for suddenly not working, and Best Buy will cover that, so it's a no-brainer.
