2 year geek squad product replacements was a great purchase I haven't had to use it yet but I'm glad it's available in case anything goes wrong

Not normally a big fan of extended warranties but this is for an 81 year old who already lost a key from his keyboard, so 2 years of coverage for him for only $5 is a no brainer.

Replacement service is always well worth the money Nice to know that if Anything happens to the product I purchased it will be replaced

I try my best to make sure big ticket items are insured. I did buy this warranty to make sure my printer will be covered incase it breaks.

Havent used the plan yet but if there's a problem trust and believe the warranty will be tested.

When I had to get my computer sent off to the warehouse they kept me informed of every thing I was able to get it back to me working correctly very happy

SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
