I am glad that I purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement. It came in handy and I have used the service. They were quick and efficient.

Have had no issues with product but I feel assured with geek squad if I do have any problems. Will wait and see down the line.

Fortunately I haven't needed to use this yet. But if I do I like the idea of a replacement instead of being without while someone has me send off and wait for them to try to fix

Have the 2-year Replacement on my printer just in case something malfunctions but there has not been any problems yet.

i always purchase this this with the products i buy. for only $20 it's worth it. i wish it was only $10 or $15 because it really adds up with tax and or shipping but it's good to have.
