I have used Geek Squad before and was satisfied. This is the first time for a printer. Hopefully we won't have to use them.

Geek squad is the best protection available for computers. I would turn down great offers on other computers just so that I can get the geek squad protection through Best Buy.

I've had electronics failed I bought from BestBuy before and they totally were so cool about and just exchange the item right away.

Bestbuy warranty plans are a no brainer. You are buying something and foregoing the warranty then please seek help!

I get the protection plan on most of our gaming equipment as a backup and it's come in very handy a few times; highly recommended!

We have used this product often, so many electronics have some problem. Touchscreens seem to have issues often. Geek squad product replacement is worth the price.

I had a great deal on an Open Box deal for a printer, so it only made sense to pay a little extra fee to have it covered for 2 years under a warranty program.

If you are going to use your appliance a lot, it is worth the extra money to spend to get the Product replacement protection.

Have not needed this service yet, but used it in the past and Geek Squad stands by their word- they take good care of you.

I have not had to use it yet on this item but they came threw when I used on my printer so it’s worth the investment for me
