I’ve always had great service without any issues when I’ve had to use GEEK Squad Protection plans.

2 year Geek Squad replacement plan. It works okay but I should have gotten the Wi-Fi version

My printer had a hardware issue. Easy exchange for a brand new one! Works great. Glad they helped me on line to figure out the problem!

The Greek Squad replacement plan are great . I always very helpful representative willing to help and answer all your questions.

have not had to use the 2 year warranty. printer works great. Not sure if I really need the additional warranty. Suggest you discuss with associate.

I previously owned a TV and purchased Geek Squad protection. Repaired with no problem when a component failed. Good insurance for costly items.

Better safe than sorry. Paid the insurance for 2 years, just in case. Price is cheap anyway.

This printer has never once been able to print something clearly. It's always disconnecting from the internet and flashing lights. It ran out of color ink after one small color image was poorly printed.

They installed our equipment which made the entire purchase and immediate use much more streamlined!!

Haven't had to use it yet for this particular purchase; however, my past experience are very positive.

i do get the insurance so that just incase something does go wrong i can get it replaced or fixed
