It is better to be safe than sorry. Up front is frustrating to have to dish out money, but sometimes things break. Knowing your safe at least for a bit is always nice. Geek squad and bb will try make it right if something unfortunate happens.

Happy they offer protection for my purchase especially if anything happens to my headset that I use for work I will be able to get a replacement.

If you have to use any Best Buy protection plan they are hassle free and Best Buy makes it easy

Had to use the replacement service once. It was easy and no issues to get a replacement

This printer has never once been able to print something clearly. It's always disconnecting from the internet and flashing lights. It ran out of color ink after one small color image was poorly printed.

I like haveing the piece, that if there is an issue..I can deal with my local store.

it's nice not to have to worry if it will break after the first year, so adding a 2 year warranty with no hassle, you return the product to the store
