    Love that Geek Squad checks all open box items. I’ve bought plenty of items open box to save some money and never had a problem. Worth their weight in gold.

    took out the 2 year replacement plan, but never have used it. so i guess the product was ok with no concerns.

    2 year warranty is excellent. Normally headphones last for about 1 year. Great bargain to get new if they break.
