I personally love best buy warranties. Take full advantage of them when you can.

Needed to get this. Extended warrantee have had 3 printers in the last 5 years.

Since printers seem to die every 12-24 months no matter what you buy.

If anything goes wrong, they will fix it or replace it. What's more to say?

Disappointed to see that Hewlett Packard no longer offers extended warranties longer than 2 years. Additionally, if you have an issue with your printer, Best Buy will have to send it out for repairs rather than replacing it as in the past. Who can be without a printer while waiting for it to be repaired?

The exchange was easy and painless. Will be back to use them again if needed

It is good to have some kind of insurance in case something happens.

I have a secure feeling knowing that I have Geek Squad Product Replacement

The plans are good, but should have an expansion and not just the basics because for you to spend so much on the product and almost the same price for a protection plan it should have more coverage. Sometimes you loose out on the protection plan.

2 yr geek squad product replacement good deal at only $5 for 2 years

Felt the product was good; however, I have never used geek squad yet.

This plan assures my product will be taken care of if there is a problem.

I honestly totally didn't even notice I purchased Geek Squad I don't know how to be honest I don't know if it's like a subscription thing that was my fault but I've use Geek Squad in the past is good but I really don't use it it all depends on the person

So for a few dollars it was still worthwhile. After twice before needing to take advantage of our extended warranty we opted to pick up again. So we didn’t need to take advantage of this one but still worth the piece of mind for our college student.

Low cost for my printer. Have not needed it yet but reassuring to have.

The Geek Squad membership ir great if you need help with anything you bought.
