    The agents did not level my stove and make sure it all worked properly.

    They were horrible when I called to get help with my printer. Said I didn’t have the right plan, even though my receipt said I’d paid for a support plan.

    I've never had reason to use this. Maybe for a computer, but Never on like a TV or sound system.

    What a waste of money. I asked for replacement remote. They told me that they dont have anything available and that they will give me a universal remote in which i will be discounted, so i will still have to pay. Or i can look for one and they will refund me the money.

    I have purchased the warranty in the past and because the product i got it on had gotten a new version they would not honor the exchange the product revision didnt even have a difference in functionality. they most likely fixed the issue i was having.

    The insurance I bought didn’t cover my damage. I’ll never buy store insurance again. It’s a waste of money

    Make sure you read the fine print on all their warranties and price matches because they don't warranty price match or refund or worry about their customers being happy

    Not worth at all, you but this and 2 years later you got issues with the product , you go for replacement and they don’t have the same model, all you get is the same amount back and spend more on replacement + the plan Very tricky one from Best Buy

    Tried and failed to repair lap top

    I took my corrupted lap top to 3 different Geek Squad for repair. No repair completed that resolved my problem including the key board not working correctly. I will never use this service again. What a waste of money. They also turned off my auto backups.

    I was very disappointed with the back up camera. The technician failed to tell us he would be messing up our factory radio and speakers or that the back up camera and radio would be so limited. I would never recommend this service.
