    1 star because I haven't needed to use it but I suggest you get one, it does provide what you need when you would need to use it.

    Put you on hold forever and not quick when supposed to and very rude customer service even some of the managers have nasty attitudes

    I purchased the warranty when I bought the printer, but I didn't like the printer so I returned it, and also got my warranty refunded.

    These are total piece's of trash. Like a couple of months in and they fall part. Have to literally tape them together. What a joke.

    Unfortunately, almost nothing gets done with geek squad. If somehow the replacement does get covered, the paint chips off.
