Does lightning ever strike twice? You bet it does and I'm the lightning rod. I purchased a laptop on Black Friday back in November of 2015, then in May my dog cracked my screen (right, blame the dog) so I had it for 6 months. Took it back to Best Buy, they asked if I had extended protection, no I replied, they "oh well, nothing we can do", Mfr. doesn't cover cracked or broken screens and we wont send it out (even if I wanted to). OK, so bought another laptop, last week, I was cleaning my screen and barely pressing on the screen (Dell has cheap screens) and the screen cracked. Take it to Best Buy but this time I got the 2 year expanded warranty. Boom, in and out in no time and best of all I don't have to pay for it. Sometimes a dog gets his bone.

This is an amazing printer. The photo's are so vivid. It is super easy to sync to your computer, phone or tablet. It is fairly small compared to other models. The ink is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this fantastic printer to anyone who prints photos. This is a review for the Epson Expression Photo XP-970 Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

use to be a competitor brand. Epson ET-3858 super tank is the way to go now. NO MORE cartridge with one color out and two still half full. Get You One!

I love this printer and it has exceeded my expectations. The setup time was lightening fast and I can put in in a drawer when not in use. Love the linen cover, it’s a nice touch. Very pleased with my purchase. The shipping was fast, as well.

I have bought Geek Squad Product Replacement for all of my larger purchases through Best Buy. It is a life saver! I have used it to replace faulty routers that died after the first year, external hard drives that die after 2 months, to items that I'm just not happy with after the return period has expired. I have never had any trouble using the Replacement service even when I couldn't find the receipt. Honestly this is a must have!

Needed a printer that had all the functions for my small business and this has been great. I bought photo paper and printed my own photos and they turned out great as well. Easy to set up. So far so good!

This is a good printer with a good concept. But the fact remains that it's a printer. Nothing in modern technology has improved less than the standard printer. It randomly loses connection, renamed itself once, and the print head clogs if it's not used frequently enough. I spend more in ink doing print head cleaning and maintenance. At least you can buy bulk ink in big bottles. All said, that's no different than any other printer I've ever owned. This one prints nicely and is fast when it's working right. Somebody please invent a better printer!!

So far, so good. The Geek Squad helped me set up our new computer, transfered all files, etc. from old computer to new Dell and fully explained all the features.

The printer software for setup is horrible. The connection to a Wi-Fi setup is abysmal. This is the worst Wi-Fi experience I have ever encountered. The printer is only a a few feet from my Wi-Fi router. It never has established a connection for but a few minutes. The MAC software installation is abysmal and not worth the time spent. I finally went to a CAT-6 cable and now is all well. The printer immediately recognized the connection, but do nothing bother with with the software. It really sucks. I have a robust WyFi system and this printer cannot keep a lock on it. Anyone looking for a Wi-Fi option will not be well served by this printer. In any case, the CAT—6 hard wired option is rock solid. So far, no problems. The print quality is excellent and the speed of printing is excellent. What I do not understand is why a printer (or other internet connective device) cannot navigate Wi-Fi. It’s so bizzare, as all other home devices have rock solid WiFi connections (home security, watering control, temperature control, etc.) Do not get this printer if you want WiFi control. Hard wired to a network it is amazing. Epson has really dropped the ball on Wi-Fi and the setup software. I am really experienced with computer and peripheral components, this was the worst in years. Something is amiss as this is really a great printer.

I was skeptical in the beginning but gave it a go as my 11 years old is not great with his gaming tools. I was lucky that I did as his headset broke just after one year. Best buy refunded the amount I paid in full without question. Super easy.

I used it on most print, copy, scan, and USB flash from my computer and smartphone. Very easy and fast. No problem!

Great product. I wish if they make a separate food maker that comes with the blender

I don't usually buy protection plans because most electronics break during the factory warranty period or they last for years (beyond the the purchased protection plan). This time, I had some problems with other devices and decided that this plan was cheap enough to take the gamble. Besides, the Geek Squad is very good about doing quick checks on faulty equipment.
