In knowing how electronics don't necessarily last it is good to have an option to replace without the exorbitant cost. The price of the replacement plan was minimal and a value.

Printers, just like any electronic equipment, has failures. Pay the extra few dollars and be assured that for 2 years it can be repaired or replaced because without it, you will pay much more!

I had been to Pottstown best buy geek squad numerous times with my daughters computer and they were clueless. Everytime i would take her computer in they would say they had fixed it and soon as my daughter would try to do her assignments her compiter would do the exact same thing that they supposedly fixed

Do you have the iPad keyboard? Get the geek squad replacement coverage. I will get it every time due to the fact of how often the keyboard broke.

Excellent service! Advise all customers to purchase

We have had geek squad on our laptop, and have had some issue with the laptop. GEEK Squad has help us out with the repairs in a timely manner. Our laptop work very well after the repairs were made.

I had bought a printer and it was broken. Geek Squad was helpful in replacing it

USELESS. WASTE OF MONEY. I spent my 2 days off talking to and getting transferred to multiple agents and still had to repeat myself over and over and over again. One of them even gave me a bogus Case Number, probably just so he could hang up the phone. The other agents just didn't know how to help me with my printer issues. If you live on Maui, Hawaii, USA - do NOT buy from Best Buy and this Geek Squad 4-year Product Replacement scam. Since there is no Best Buy store on Maui, they expect you to take a flight to Oahu with your printer to take it to their store branch so you can get it fixed?!? Like seriously?! Do you know how stupid that sounds? So now this agent from Guatemala sent me "return label" so I could just get a refund instead. But guess what?!? Best Buy had the audacity to return back the heavy printer back to me in the mail with a refusal note of everything. Wow!! What kind of customer service was that?? Who trained you people?? No more BEST BUY shopping for me EVER!!
