MY TV WENT OUT THEY COULD NOT FIX IT SO THEY GAVE ME THE PURCHASE PRICE BACK IN A GIFT CARD SO I COULD GET ANOTHER BRAND NEW TV SWEET !!!

We bought a 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement for our son's printer. It's just a good feeling that if something would go wrong with this device, our son would get a replacement.

When my Logitech mouse decided to stop working I took it to the store and they replaced it on the spot. I was in and out quickly with a brand new mouse which is working perfectly.

Never used to buy these. Needed i once and wished I had it it years ago. Started buying them and even got the difference refunded when I had to send the product back. Good deal!

I have not had to use this yet (printer was just purchased). However I like that Best Buy will replace the printer in the event of a problem. Low cost for warranty as well!!

nice to know that if something were to fail there is help available to solve the issue, all products are performing as should so haven't had to use it, but thanks for being there

The geek squad employees done a great job installing my new 85” tv to the wall. They set up all my auxiliary stuff. Left place clean.

I add the warranty to everything I purchase and they are great with replacements and getting things fixed

Why would I not purchase coverage? This is a given. Best Buy always honors them and I have been very pleased in the past

Some types of electronics break down more than others. External powered subwoofers, for example. For stuff like that, I definitely recommend this.

easfy set up, plug and play. great for small spaces. light and quet enough. great for the blind. you can hear the drive run, but it's not annoying. I got it for my husband who loves it.
