24/7 accessible - Never had a tech problem that Geek Squad could not handle and would not handle. Knowledge of a variety of tech devices-how to install and troubleshoot.

This purchase gives me peace of mind knowing that my purchase is protected in the event of problems in the future

I ended up having to use the protection plan I purchased and it was actually easy to get the non-working printer turned in and get credit for a new purchase.

I have only heard good things about the Geek Squad, so decided to give it a try.

I always use geek squad and obtain their services with my products they are very helpful and able to fix any problems. Helpful if need replacements.

. . . Its a Good Value. My product stopped working and since I bought the replacement, I was able to walk out with another product. Note to the wise: Keep your original packaging, so they can scan the exact serial / barcode, and your replacement is more an exchange, and they can't low-ball the replacement value of your product.

I did not even have to take my printer in. I had a question and gave them a call they and they told me what to do over the phone and fixed the problem in no time.

Great service and gave reassurance. Great to have.

Any electronic issues I have Geek Squad is there to save the day. Its nice to have friendly people on your side. I will always pay to have Geek Squad backing my purchases!

Agent set up my television with no problem connected the dvd player on the same remote.

I can only go by what I was told, that they are very good. That why I got it. But because I have a great product that I don’t have first hand experience. So base on what I was told I will rate it.

Not worth the hype it’s a decent vacuum but doesn’t do anything that the cheap ones can’t. It has a lot of bells and whistles but at the end of the day they really don’t add any benefit over a traditional vacuum. Only benefit is the attachments it comes with and the extra battery good thing they sent one as it doesn’t last long at all.

Something you buy but hope you never have to use. Might update this if something goes wrong, (or right) when actually using it.
