I always purchase protection with Geek Squad. Anytime I’ve run into “operator errors” they are always patient and help me walk through to the end. Guys in store are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I haven't had to use the geek squad yet, but having the extra coverage just gives me peace of mind in case anything goes wrong. I have delt with the Geek Squad on another product and they are awesome!!

Having Geek squad is always handy I get this especially when I have to get a new computer. But what’s even better they also help with old computers as well.

Wouldn't be without it. If I have a problem with my product I call for help. If the problem still exists I take it in and it is either fixed or replaced.
