I bought this knowing my product has an issue with breaking after 6 months so I bought this so I wouldn't need to buy a new one in the future.

Love these Geek Squad product replacement plans, it takes all the stress and concern over possible issues coming up with my new ipad and keyboard. If I have a problem, I just call up Geek Squad, what's not to like?

For a fairly low price I can take the printer back to Best Buy for 2 years with no worries. Great idea on an item I bought for my older father because I’m not sure what he might do to the printer!

I have only used the Geek Squad guys in the store: when I have had issues with something, I take it in and they help me figure it out. They are smart and eager to help.

Thankfully, I have not had to use this replacement warranty; and, hope that I will not. But, it provides peace of mind; when operability is essential, and awaiting a service procedure is NOT an option.

Purchases the replacement warranty on the headset. THIS IS NEEDED, especially when you have kids. Cords on the headset can become faulty, not to mention the ear pieces.

I cannot say enough about how great Geek Squad is! Worth every penny for competent, caring, professional folks so willing to get you thru any issue!
