    Bought this with an ESPON printer. I rated it as 4-star just because I HAD to make an entry. However, I can't say much about it, as I have not needed to use it. So far, Best Buy has been "good" to me, and I hope that this warranty is as well.

    90% of the time I buy an extended warranty from BestBuy. It is a must have! I have used them a couple of times and BB has always made things right!
