I haven't had to use it yet, but I trust the Geeks will do a great job if I need them.

What can you say about the Geek Squad. I have never had an issue that they didn't fix or replace. There are 2 main reasons that I buy everything at Best Buy! First is the Geek Squad. They stand behind everything and I can't tell you how many times I have used them. Second is the lowest price guarantee. So, I figure out what I want, look it up on the internet to find the lowest price, and then go buy it at Best Buy so that I can get the Geek Squad protection. Due to the amount of times I have needed it, I get the protection on everything I buy. Well, if something is less than $50, I don't worry about it, but for anything else, I don't understand why someone wouldn't get it. They surpass the warranties of any other store I have tried. I would recommend Geek Squad for any purchase of value!!!

So far so good. Have not had to use the Geek service yet on item bought. But it was explained well for the 4 year price coverage I recieved. And it gives me security in case the printer breaks down.

Had five year extended warranty on last Samsung TV and it went out, so Best Buy replaced it for free

The printer is one the best for hard home use, it prints really fast. The remote UI configuration is really cool, its only hard to configure since there is not too much documentation to configure the address book and be able to get the emails out. have use this printer for 1Y without any issues.

Don’t doubt geek squad service. I’ve had it for different small appliances or electronics. It’s an easy way to just bring in the problem item and be exchanged for a functional one. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Don’t forget to add it on your purchases!

Hard to say goodbye to our over 5 year old printer that was a great printer but, due to a hurricane dropping a tree in our home and us unable to get to the copy machine, the inkjet printer sat for months and the ink dried up in it. This had me considering a laser printer so, I bit the bullet and got one. Now, for 4 years, I'm worry free. I know I'm protected if this copy/printer has any issues. I've had electronics go out on me within only a few weeks, months and a year. The only time I didn't get a protection plan was for the one a couple of weeks. I even threw the receipt away! Lesson learned!

I have been nothing but happy with this headset. I use it to game with my husband and his sisters on the weekends and it has great padding and is extremely comfortable, meaning that I can comfortably play for hours without feeling the need to stop to "rest" my ears or let them breathe. The controls for volume, mute, and power are big and easy to activate without searching or thinking, which keeps me in the game. And, while I'm no audiophile, the sound quality seems excellent. The only potential drawback I've run into is that, depending on your head's shape, the headset might slide forward if you look down quickly. I have had this happen on occasion, but my husband complained about it a lot when he tried it out. Overall, I would buy this headset again. In fact, I have.

Have to send it in for any repairs. Major drawback!! Read your warranties limitation.

Haven't had any issues. As long as you make an appointment, it's quick and easy to have any questions and/or repairs made. The Geeks have been helpful and friendly and explain things in plain English so a non-geek can easily understand them.

I am not very computer savvy..... I am able to ask questions and get help any time and am confident in their service if I need anything having to do with my computer's. The Geek Squad Service was perfect when I purchased my new iMac last year. A Rep. Came to my home and "HOOKED ME UP" with no problem. I will always keep the service. It gives me confidence to purchase future electronic's. Am 78 years old and NEED this service. Thank you, so much!

they fixed or replaced any thing i had bought from them just one idem i had and i buy a lot of stuff from them and will buy more

I have never trust any other stores warranty. I always tell people when you buy something from somewhere else, go to geek squad and get a warranty on it. Geek squad has never let me down.

The printer prints photos great and the plus is the ink lasts awhile.
