    The only problem i have is when a cat gets up on the cabinet and gets wrapped around and spooked and knocks the monitor off theres no accidentally damage coverage and I do understand why but it's really sad when you have animals. lol

    I am a bit disappointed in this protection plan. I had purchased a product and returned it. I was unable to get my money back when I returned the product. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing protection plans anymore.

    When I bought TV, Best Buy staf told me that I can replace any time in 2 years. However, several weeks ago I learned that this tv does not qualify this term. It means that i just threw money for nothing!

    Lasted almost exactly 2 yrs now will not connect, keeps showing printer not found. Ink runs out pretty fast. Won’t be buying again.
