Geek squad 2 year agreement was purchased with a printer The printer failed 7 months later. Returned the printer to Geek Squad and without hesitation, Geek Squad told me to pick out a new printer and the pro rated credit that was available. The Geek Squad Product Replacement was a good choice

Its usually hit or miss but you never know when disaster will strike. I believe if the value is there not only will the extra warranty save you much time and money, I have gotten upgraded because the product has been discontinued. If you can afford the extra cost I would definitely recommend taking the chance on geek squad.

Product replacement is something that everyone should consider. depending on the merchandise that you purchased at Best Buy they seem to have such good quality products sometimes you may not need a warranty. I have been very pleased and my family with Best Buy products and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone

Ink does last a very long time. Would also always recommend a protection plan for all electronics.

At first, I did not think this would be worth the extra money and thought it was more of a sales thing. But since I have had it I have used it more than 6 times for my TV troubleshooting, Cell Phone, I had my Laptop tuned up and it saved me a lot of money. There were products that I purchased that included free shipping and hull away. It a great option very glad that I have it.

Fix it fast if need be have always had great experiences with geek squad

Peace of mind but hope I will never need it. Got it for a laser printer. I've had bad luck with inkjet printers so I decided to buy a laser printer. I'm hoping the performance of the laser printer will be better but I thought I'd get the replacement just in case.

As a small business owner, it’s imperative to have protection on my purchased equipment. I purchased a scanner which jammed and wouldn’t scan the # of pages as advertised. I was able to rerun and purchase a new highly effective scanner after. Geek Squad made it a cinch to return/refund for a better product.

Bought this for a new dishwasher and glad I did. We had a lightning strike and the new dishwasher was toasted. The replacement program saved me from having to buy another dishwasher!

I hope I never need to use the Geek Squad service, but I trust them to be there if I do. I have purchased their service before, but took care of my product and never used the Geek Squad.

I used this right before the geek squad plan expired and they simply put the credit on my account and I went and got a new case. For the case to cost $150 and them replace it without the blink of an eye it’s worth it. When you replace it out you can add another plan for the cost of the plan on the replacement case and cover yourself for another 2 years. Worth the money so don’t hesitate to get it.

We are trying to use them now so our fingers are crossed.

Great service and experience in purchasing item. My geek squad is the stuff that dreams are made of. They know their stuff and are no BS. It gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside.

If you’ve been around technology long enough you’ll find out after awhile computers and accessories will start to have problems. It’s nice to know you could head down to the geek squad and get replacements instead of spending hours troubleshooting electronics yourself. If it’s within budget geek squad replacement can save you a lot of headaches especially if you have something important to work on.

I purchased an HP Tango printer last year and have really enjoyed using it. It is lightweight and fast. I liked the promise from Geek Squad that they would replace it for me if it broke down within the 2-yr. mark. So far, the printer has worked great, but it gives me peace of mind to know that it can be replaced if it gets damaged!

The Best Buy Warranties are the BEST! I purchased this particular warranty to protect my Canon printer. I almost always purchase their warranties on televisions, printers, and vacuums.

This is the only store-sold warranty I ever buy and it actually comes through when you need it. They are true to their word and actually fix or replace the product as promised...no probing questions or trying to get out of honoring the warranty. It's absolutely worth every penny.

Love that I can bring my products in to get fixed. A lot of products wouldn’t have been gotten had it not been for the repair service.
