I will always purchase a warranty with my purchase and I like how it works

I always opt to get a warranty and it has saved me multiple times

I always purchase Geek Squad protection when I make a purchase at Best Buy.

Mouse is used quite often so this plan will be well worth the money.

Despite paying for an extended warranty and Geek Squad coverage, it was impossible to make an appointment online for anything but an apple product. Two chats resulted in zero help and them sending me online to make an appointment or scheduling an in-home appointment for $100 (for a $150 printer) even though we paid for extended coverage. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to make an in store appt.

I had taken geek squad service protection but till now I did not used.

The last computer I had was just shy of 2 years and broke, with the warrenty I got credit towards the purchase of a new one ...they even helped me pick out a new one simple and easy .when I bought my new computer I again purchased the warrenty
