Awesome the return was easy aft spending 1/2 the day on the phone troubleshooting the scanner was bad and Best Buy took care of it for me thanks to total tech protection.

Always have geek support. You’ll never regret it. Lost my phones a few times and get em replaced cuz of the insurance and geek support. I got both on my products

SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

So helpful with any questions and issues!! While I have not used the "product. replacement" portion, they have always been available for my many, many questions. I will definitely continue to be a Geek Squad customer!!

There are not a lot of items that I would consider purchasing product protection for. But Best Buy has one that I always get for my electronics. The cost is great and they handle any issues without hesitation.

I only had to use them twice, but it was easy and smooth. They wasn't able to fix my T.V. gave me full refund to purchase another one. So we upgraded ! I

Product replacement programs with Best Buy are always helpful, I have used them in the past with digital cameras, etc. This was another unit that I thought the product replacement program would be helpful if needed down the road!

I love my protection plans and never thought much of them . I now buy them all the time after a bad time when one of my printers broke and couldn’t get a new one .
