Ive never used Geek Squad but Ive dealt with them in store when I had questions the sales people couldn't answer. Always friendly and helpful

Luckily I've only had to use my Product Replacment once with BestBuy, but when I did the experience was straight forward and fairly painless. Even if you never need it, if it's a big purchase like a New Console or TV, it's nice to have the peace of mind of the protection plan.

Sometimes you just don't have the time to repair a laptop. There are so many layers and so many things you have to remember when in order to reassemble... Let the professionals hands it.

This set replaced our standard keyboard/mouse that came with our desktop....We have a huge desk set that requires us to run the wires thru the back of the desk and that limited us in how far we could move the keyboard. Not a problem anymore.

The warranty is legit. They will help you in anyway possible to get your product fixed and working. HIghly recommend this.

I have only heard good things about the Geek Squad, so decided to give it a try.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan is the best. It's better than some manufacturer warranties. I always buy the Geek squad protection because they will fix or replace your item no questions asked as long as you have the protection plan.

I always get these for anything that costs a fair amount of money but only has a one year warranty. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Always get the insurance cuz you never know nice to get free replacement

I didn't want to take a chance on unrepairable problems happening, so this plan seemed to be the way to best protect me with my purchase.

I usually never purchase extra warranty coverage, but I do with all my big electronics. Let's face it, things go wrong with electronics, but Bestbuy has ALWAYS stood by its guarantee. I can't speak highly enough about this company.

So far i have not needed to use geek squad. Its a 4 year replacement warranty for printer

The agent cleaned my laptop, it was very slow and not working very well. It worked very good after they worked on it. They tuned it up the next year, to keep it running smoothly.
