I like the idea of having the ease of mind with the Geek Squad service. They always take me right away and get started on it

I purchased a router and had nothing but trouble with it. Returned it twice and finally just gave it back. If it wasn't for this I would lost my mind!!

Good option as a backup to products' manufacture warranty (which mostly only covers a couple months to up to only 1 year). The easy replacement process is greatly appreciated. Not many offer that service. Also, it's easier to go to a Best Buy store for replacement submission than going through a return shipping process.

Honestly the 2 Year geek Squad product replacement is a great idea they’re very helpful would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a protection plan on anything you buy!

Bestbuy will price match all the online stores and their protection plan is no hassle. Bring it back, give them your number, get new one. no shipping, no denial due to accidental

It's always wise to get insurance. The service and replacement in store alone is worth it. It is hard to get an HP rep on the phone.

Printers, just like any electronic equipment, has failures. Pay the extra few dollars and be assured that for 2 years it can be repaired or replaced because without it, you will pay much more!

Haven't used it on the printer yet but I have used the geek squad plans on my tvs and CPU in the past. Best Buy is by far the best with their warranty program and I love their service
