So far, I really like this printer. I replaced my HPs with Epson Work Force Pro - WF 3820. The ink cartridge price seems slightly better. Most of all, the fast-printing capability on this lesser expensive printer is phenomenal, and the Duplex (2-sided) printing works great.

I'm so glad I bought this product replacement warranty. I was having problems with the "L" key on my computer. I brought the computer in so they can fix it and they went ahead and gave me a new computer. My sister is having trouble with her "V" key and other computer problems. She has no warranty and cannot get the computer repaired. She did find the "V" key on the internet. But has to find a computer repair person to fix the other problems because it is passed the time allowed to get a warrany.

When printer was messing up I took it straight to geek squad and they was able to change out the printers immediately.

I NEVER get anything from Best Buy without the Geek Squad warranty. We've used them several times, and 3 times they have replaced TVs that couldn't be fixed or had been fixed too many times. Tip: get some scotch tape and tape the receipt to the back of the TV. That way you won't lose it.

Why would you not add the protection plan!!!!! I’ve had so many products replaced for free because of these protection plans!!

I haven't had to use the service, and hope I do not. I'm not crazy about the quality of the printer I purchased the service for so I'm glad to have the Geek Squad on my side should I need them.

I would never buy another printer without this 4 year warrantee/Geek Squad replacement. Any time I've ever had any question or concern, Best Buy has been supportive! They set up my laptop in no time at all, replaced my printer with no questions asked. Very helpful.

Geek squad is good if you need to use it so go ahead and get yourself geek squad better habit than better not

I have not used this service yet, but I have in the past with other electronics and the service is quick and precise.

Geek Squad, I think of these miracle workers as hero’s on every encounter. So worth the price and what can be done to help you tremendously.

Purchasing a Geek squad warranty always seems like the right thing to do, especially for piece of mind.

Have to send it in for any repairs. Major drawback!! Read your warranties limitation.
