The previous printer had a 2-year product replacement and when it died Best Buy replaced it for me at no cost. When asked if I wanted to get a 2-year product replacement on the new printer you bet I said yes.

This is worth the price all day long these machines never last. If I didnt have it I would have to deal with manufacturers warranty. But because I took it out I was able to get an exchange right at the store. No hassle in and out I will always buy the protection plan.

Having the 2 year warranty coverage gives you peace of mind that your product is covered. Any issues I had, the warranty representatives were happy to help and fixed it in no time.

the Geek Squad protection plan is great they deliver i have donated 2 broken copiers to be refurbished and donated to a school or a business i consider their program for all service to be by far superior over the people at Square trade !!!!! YES I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD PLANS!!!

Let's face it, anything can go wrong at any time. The question becomes do you buy warranty? Well, if that item is more than what you want to pay if your current item brakes, then yes a warranty should be considered. I have not ever had any problems with Best Buy's geek squad warranty.

This is a great idea and an awesome thing to have. Once I was given a brand new HP printer that a friend had bought but never used and ended up gifting me. The 3rd time I used it the paper started jamming and I were never able to use it again. Geek squad would have come in handy.

This is great. I had a question about the laptop setup. They were able to answer question and sign on over internet and correct and download something . Didn't have to leave home and return to store. Very helpful!

I had a printer completely stop working a few months before the coverage was over. The checked out the printer, saw that it didn’t work, issued me a gift card for the original purchase price. Well worth the price

love the idea that for four years if something goes wrong with my printer I have someone to call. Also if something goes wrong it will be fixed or replaced.
